How I made tasty Chocolate panna cotta! )

I you've probably tortured by this creamy gel. But it is a good soil for the variations that the forces do not - I can not help myself. This time, I cheated and used for preparation of drinking Panna Cotta cream 10% fat. It turned out delicious. But if you like fatter - take the appropriate cream.

Ready jelly I sprinkled with grated white chocolate, but you can use for this purpose finely chopped nuts - such as hazelnuts or walnuts. This receipt from here.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

700 ml cream 10% fat
150 g of chocolate 50-70% cocoa
70 g of sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence or 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
30 g of gelatin
white chocolate or chopped nuts for decoration

Gelatin pour 50 ml of cold water in the direction of dismiss.

Pour in the cream pitcher. Add sugar and vanilla essence. Bring to a boil and dissolve sugar. Remove from the heat and add the grated chocolate. Stir to dissolve the latter. Here more detailed.

Pour cream-chocolate mixture to the bowl with the gelatin and stir until it dissolves.

Spill jelly on kremankam and give cool to room temperature. Then put in the refrigerator until setting point, about 2-4 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate or chopped nuts.

My fist professional sandwich

Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

8 slices toast (I have oat bran)
8 lettuce leaves
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 large avocados
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 large tomato
8 slices bacon
8 slices of ham, turkey or smoked chicken breast
4 tablespoons blue cheese sauce (see recipe buffalo chicken legs)

Over medium heat warm up the pan. Put the bacon and fry both sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Eggs and tomatoes cut into slices.

Avocado cut in half, remove seed, peel peels. Flesh is sliced and pour lemon juice to avocado is not dark.

Half of the bread sauce grease. Top placing 2 lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, eggs, avocado and bacon.

Cover with remaining bread and serve.

How I make Pork Soup with mushrooms and peas

Something I just froze. Therefore, we will actively bask hot nourishing meals.

This soup has a very good taste due to the fact that cooked meat on the bone. Soups such a plan, by definition, more fragrant and vivid, than any other. But there are also a minus - to cook a delicious soup-bone, in a stock's better to have at least a couple of hours.
How said authors of http://tiny.cc/ls5lg, we need around 2 hours.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

500 grams of pork on the bone
1 bay leaf
10 peas black pepper
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
2 large stalks celery
1 tbsp tomato paste
400 g mushrooms
½ tsp dried marjoram
300 g frozen or fresh peas
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Put the meat into the pan. Add the bay leaf and peppercorn, pour 1.5 liters of water, salt to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the flame and cook the meat under a lid until it begins to lag behind the bone, about 60-90 minutes.

While the meat is cooked, cut into thin slices mushrooms. In a frying pan 2 tablespoons warm up vegetable oil, put the mushrooms, add marjoram and fry, stirring occasionally, about 3-4 minutes.

We shift the mushrooms on a plate.

Finely diced carrots, onions and celery. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until soft, about 8-10 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and fry, stirring, for about 1 minute.

Dismiss the side.

The finished meat take out of the broth and give a little cool. Cut into small pieces.

In the hot broth put fried vegetables and mushrooms, add the peas. Give the boil and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Return the meat to the pot, warm for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.

How I make good kebab with most big healthy result!!!

I'm not an expert cook kebabs, but the theme of cooking meat is familiar to me. As it caught me a site about barbecues and having read plenty of interesting recipes, I decided myself to cook barbecue but do it healthier. So first I will buy this stuff: http://tiny.cc/ls5lg. That is helped me to understood what are make kebab are non healthy and what I can do to make it more better.

I haven’t barbecue at home for this cooking stuff, so I started with the barbecue, which is made from all sorts of irons that were in the garage. Then, as usual, the meat and marinade and cook over everything in the fire. What came of all that that might be possible to see the video. It is my first try to cook kebab, but as a result of barbecue turned out not so bad as everyone thought.

As the meat to the grid, we bought chicken legs and prepared them as usual kebabs with onions and spices. (Receipt from here: http://tiny.cc/lj2d6).But as most of shish kebab, then it is essentially unique, because you will not do so in any case. Old wine that has not quite vinegar, but did not drink and drink a lot of us and we will start up on culinary needs, as a marinade, or similar attachments.
