How I made tasty Chocolate panna cotta! )





I you've probably tortured by this creamy gel. But it is a good soil for the variations that the forces do not - I can not help myself. This time, I cheated and used for preparation of drinking Panna Cotta cream 10% fat. It turned out delicious. But if you like fatter - take the appropriate cream.

Ready jelly I sprinkled with grated white chocolate, but you can use for this purpose finely chopped nuts - such as hazelnuts or walnuts. This receipt from here.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

700 ml cream 10% fat
150 g of chocolate 50-70% cocoa
70 g of sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence or 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
30 g of gelatin
white chocolate or chopped nuts for decoration

Gelatin pour 50 ml of cold water in the direction of dismiss.

Pour in the cream pitcher. Add sugar and vanilla essence. Bring to a boil and dissolve sugar. Remove from the heat and add the grated chocolate. Stir to dissolve the latter. Here more detailed.

Pour cream-chocolate mixture to the bowl with the gelatin and stir until it dissolves.

Spill jelly on kremankam and give cool to room temperature. Then put in the refrigerator until setting point, about 2-4 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate or chopped nuts.
